The Market is
been waiting for a great time to sell your home, this may be
it. Inventory is still low, and loads of buyers are out
looking in this price range, and they love this neighborhood–
so near such great schools (of course we all know that), plus
much more! One thing that I’m noticing with the current
market is that the buyers are out, but very picky. They know
what they want, and aren’t
really willing to settle for less. But, if marketed and priced
right– they will sell.

as my recent sales here in Lexington Square, 1072 Kettle Creek
Road had 3 offers & 1012 Ticonderoga Trail had 4 offers.
My most recent listing here at 983 Kettle Creek Road was one
the market only 20 days– this is a 2-story
home with 4BRs up priced at $344,500.
Fall is just around the corner, but
buyers are still looking…
and many will become more motivated because before we know it,
the snow may be flying & most buyers want to move in
before the snow. There is also some talk that the interest
rates will be going up… as we all know, they’ve
been low for a very long time.
